Privacy & inquiries

Last updated October 15, 2026.

What you share

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, topic, message and any optional details you include. We use these to respond and discuss the work with you. Please do not send passwords, payment details or confidential business information. Only share dietary details that you are comfortable sending by email.

Where it goes

The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Amazon SES delivers inquiries to our AKT Labs inbox, hosted by Google. Your email is used as the reply address. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or create a Cataloguer account, booking or accepted order.

Storage and security

Our inquiry database keeps a message hash, delivery reference and status, not the inquiry text. Receipts expire after 30 days and are then removed by the database's expiry process. Hashed network identifiers and counters temporarily limit abuse; their expiry is no longer than two days. Operational application logs are retained for 14 days and do not intentionally include inquiry text. Hosting providers may process technical network information needed to serve and protect the website.

Correspondence remains in our mailbox while we handle the inquiry and any resulting work. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. A downloaded draft stays on your device unless you choose to share it. No advertising analytics or tracking pixels are installed on this website.

Your choices

You can download a draft without submitting it, or contact adityat@aktlabs.com directly. If delivery is unconfirmed, contact us with the displayed reference before submitting again. Links to Cataloguer and other organizations lead to separate services with their own account and data handling.

About imagery

The workshop, object, restoration, and food images on this site are AI-generated visual studies. They illustrate the direction of AKT Labs, not photographs of completed projects or products offered for sale. Actual products and packaging will vary; project and product photography will be identified when added.
